Here in America, deli meats don’t have the best reputation, and we have worked hard on our deli line in an effort to change that perception. We want to bring back the art of traditional, high quality, flavor packed deli meats sans the fillers, preservatives and mystery meat. And while our deli line together make the ideal sandwich stackers, they’re equally enjoyable when sliced and piled next to a delicate pâté on a beautiful charcuterie board, or atop a perfect pizza.
