Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped with proper insulation and shipping transit times. We do our best to ensure product remains at proper temperature throughout the duration of the shipping window, but sometimes our carriers experience delays. If you suspect your order experienced significant delays in transit, please call or email us immediately. 

We do not ship over weekends due to the chance of extended transit times. All orders will ship Monday-Thursday, with the expectation they will arrive before the weekend. If you place an order Thursday-Sunday, the expectation is that we will ship on Monday.
