This very unique product translates to "Swiss country ham", and is rarely, if ever, seen in America!

We cure these loins with the fat cap and skin on for 18 days, dip them in burnt sugar, cover  and them in rosemary and juniper and then smoke them over apple and hickory wood. You're left with a smoky, sweet ham with a very buttery fat cap. Divine.

Ingredients: Pork, Salt, Sugar, Less Than 2% Spices, Water, Celery Powder, Sea Salt, Rosemary, Cherry Powder.

Serving Suggestions

Peel skin away from fat, and slice the ham as thin as possible using a Chef’s knife, or slicer. Once sliced, your options are limitless. We love to make a melon salad with hunks of fresh chevre or burrata and plenty of quality olive oil.

Merchandising and Storage

Store and merchandise in constant refrigeration 35-38 deg F.
