Our Basque-inspired Smoked Chorizo gets its big flavor from sweet pimentón de la vera, fresh garlic, oregano and a kick of cayenne pepper. We smoke our links over whole apple wood, giving them a subtly sweet, pure smoky flavor.
These links are 3:1 and available in 12oz retail packs and approximately 20 links per 5lb foodservice bags.

These sausages are fully cookedSimmer Sausages in water or beer until warmed through ( about 3 minutes). Carefully crisp the casing on low heat, in a BBQ or oiled skillet until both sides are golden brown.
