Our specialty small-batch pickles are hand-crafted with the same care as our award-winning American charcuterie. We work directly with the best farms to preserve local produce within our growing season. We always use fresh herbs, whole spices, complimentary aromatics, and quality vinegar to create the perfect jar of pickles.

These rustic pickled beets have warm baking spices, ginger, white wine, red onion, and garlic.

Product Details

Ingredients: Beets, red wine vinegar, white wine, sugar, salt, red onion, garlic ginger, spices, calcium chloride (a natural salt).

Serving Suggestions

Make a striking addition to your charcuterie board with these beautifully colored, even more delicious, pickled beets. Pair with a simple salami like our Saucisson d'Arles, and a soft-rind cheese.

Merchandising and Storage

Store and merchandise at room temperature; avoid extreme heat or freezing temperatures.

Standard Shipping

Orders will be processed within one business day, with the exception of extended transit times over the weekends. All orders will be packed with proper insulation and ice to protect the integrity while in transit. Orders placed Wednesday-Sunday will typically be shipped on Mondays.
