Our Spring seasonal sausage includes rich sheep's milk Pecorino Romano cheese and fresh parsley, united together to produce a savory, luscious sausage. Fulvi Pecorino Romano cheese pecorino still produced in the countryside of Rome, hand-salted and aged 10-12 months. It is robustly flavored without being overly salty, dry, or grainy.

These sausages are fully cooked. Simmer Sausages in water or beer until warmed through ( about 3 minutes). Carefully crisp the casing on low heat, in a BBQ or oiled skillet until both sides are golden brown.
