We're offering samples of this years Oktoberfest special flavors to our wholesale customers only. We'll have these flavors available from late August through early October in retail and food-service sizes.

Bockwurst - Lightly smoked sausage with nutmeg, mace, lemon and paprika

Dunkelwurst - German beer sausage, stout lager, mustard seed, garlic & spices, smoked over applewood

Weisswurst - Made traditionally with finely diced skin, this flavorful steamed sausage is light, fluffy and brightened with lemon zest, brandy, and sweet baking spices. Peel off the casing to enjoy

Kleine Wurst - Bratwurst flavors of ground white and black pepper, nutmeg, fresh garlic and just a hint of ginger and mustard in a snackable small casing

Oktoberfest Brat - Pork sausage studded with tender potatoes, seasoned with caraway, and smoked over applewood

Serving Suggestions

These sausages are fully cooked. Simmer Sausages in water or beer until warmed through ( about 3 minutes). Carefully crisp the casing on low heat, in an oiled skillet until both sides are golden brown.
