Mixed Case European Salami

This is a bulk mixed case of salami containing four different types of our most popular dry cured salamis from four different European regions: France, Spain, Greece and Italy. All of our salamis are naturally fermented and cured, stuffed into natural edible casings and covered with funky, colorful, edible molds.

This case contains:

• 4 x 4.2 oz Saucisson Sec: French style salami with garlic and black pepper
• 4 x 4.2 oz Loukanika: Greek style salami with cumin, garlic and orange zest
• 4 x 4.2 oz Finocchiona: Italian style salami with garlic and fennel.
• 3 x 4.2 oz Chorizo Rioja: Spanish style chorizo with paprika, garlic and oregano

Salamis should be stored and merchandised in refrigeration.
