Serving Suggestions

These sausages are fully cooked, Simmer Sausages in water or beer until warmed through ( about 3 minutes). Carefully crisp the casing on low heat, in a BBQ or oiled skillet until both sides are golden brown.

Merchandising and Storage

Shelf life guaranteed 45 - 126 days

Store and merchandise in constant refrigeration 35-38 deg F. Freeze if needed.

Standard Shipping

All orders will be packed with proper insulation and ice to protect the integrity while in transit. Orders will arrive within two days of shipping.

  • Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Tuesday 
  • Orders placed Monday and Tuesday will ship Wednesday
