Ingredients:

Chicken Liver, Pork Liver, Lard, Aspic (Water, Sherry, Sugar, Gelatin, Salt), Cream, Onion, Eggs, Less than 2% Salt, Milk, Cultured Dextrose, Dried Vinegar, Spices, Sherry, Celery Powder, Sea Salt, Cherry Powder. Contains Egg. Contains Milk.

Serving Suggestions

Remove plastic, run your knife around the edges of the tub, and flip upside down to release the entire terrine and gelee from it's mold.


Let the mousse sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving and spread it on toasted brioche or crostini.

Pair with quince paste, Marcona almonds, and a drizzle of olive oil to finish. Enjoy with a glass of Amontillado Sherry or your favorite Cava or Champagne.
