This deeply smoked Cajun style sausage is coarsely ground with paprika, cayenne and oregano. We smoke our links over whole apple wood, giving them a subtly sweet, pure smoky flavor.

These links are 4:1 and available in 5lb foodservice bags.

Serving Suggestions

Andouille sausage is a must-have ingredient. Cajun dishes, like gumbo, jambalaya, and shrimp and grits. Toss in some Tasso ham for extra Cajun flavor. Lunch Links… Andouille is fantastic hot off the grill or griddle, diced and sauteed.

Merchandising and Storage

Store and merchandise in constant refrigeration 35-38 deg F. Freeze if needed.

Standard Shipping
